1. How long does it take to make my order? TOP

Bottled Sentiments™ are custom made. It takes 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to create and assemble your order from the date your order is placed; THEN shipping time (sent via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation) takes an additional 2 to 3 days to arrive to its destination (depending on the address location).

2. Do you charge sales tax? TOP

Yes, as a Maryland company we apply a 6% sales tax to all orders from  Maryland residents.

3. Do you accept checks? TOP


Yes. Please mail a check* or money order written for
the appropriate amount (including applicable tax) made payable to To Let You Know & Co. and mailed to:

* Please note that all orders paid by check will not be processed until your check has cleared our bank. This could add an additional 7 business days to your order processing time.

4. Why offer only one font type and one font color? TOP


Our greetings are printed on petal inclusion paper which is paper with real flower petals strewn throughout. Because of the intricacy of the petals, we have found that various font types & colors do not display well and often distorts the image of the greeting. It is our experience that the font type we use ("Fine Hand") printed in black ink showcases your words beautifully while also providing a "hand written" look to your sentiment.

5. Do you offer prewritten verses? TOP


Our company specializes in custom greetings. What sets Bottled Sentiments™ apart from traditional greeting cards is the uniqueness of the verses that come from the words our customers choose in creating their one of a kind personalized greeting.

If you need assistance in crafting a greeting, just let us know and we'll be happy to help you create something that is meaningful.

6. How much do you charge for shipping? TOP

We charge $5.75 for shipping & our bottles are shipped via USPS priority mail (2 to 3 day delivery) with delivery confirmation.

7. Why does my credit card statement list your name as "2LetYouKnow"? TOP


Bottled Sentiments™ is a division of To Let You Know & Company. The name on your credit card statement will appear as:

8. Do you offer gift wrapping? TOP

Our bottles are presented in a beautiful custom made gift box and are elegantly tied with a decorative white satin ribbon which makes gift wrapping unnecessary.

9. Do you ship internationally? TOP

No, we do not ship internationally.

10. Do you offer your bottles for wholesale? TOP


Presently we do not offer our bottles for wholesale; however, in the future we plan to offer a wholesale program to eligible customers.

Check back often, as once we establish our guidelines & pricing, we will post our information in the wholesale section of our website.

11. I want to send a sentiment, but I want it to be a surprise; Can you help? TOP

Absolutely! Many of our customers send our bottles as gifts and wish to surprise the recipient. To maintain the surprise, our orders are sent as a "blind shipment" which means the mailing label only provides our mailing address.

12. What is your return policy? TOP

If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your order, we will provide you a refund.

Simply contact us (within 30 days of your purchase) to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization # (RMA). Send the item (we suggest using USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation) back to us (include your RMA#) addressed to the following:

Once we receive the item, we will issue a complete refund of your order in the same manner in which you made your purchase.
